Thank you so much to you and your team for hosting the Fairfield Conference so well. Yes, there was a wonderful atmosphere and it all did run wonderfully smoothly. Phillip on the tech side of things was so helpful and his camera man colleague was just great! The food was generous and delicious and your colleague, Ajit (sic) who oversaw things there was so helpful and met all our needs. We were very pleased with how the whole conference ran and we really appreciated the wrap around services provided by AUT! It all made my life so much easier.

Andree Froude

Director Communications and Marketing
Centre Problem Gambling Foundation of NZ

The biennial conference has been held at AUT since 2014 and is a significant event for the whole event sector, locally and internationally. As with any conference, there is a considerable amount of work that goes into planning and resourcing of an event this size. This year was particularly challenging as we didn't have a project manager so we relied on Glen to cover many of those additional tasks.
